Service Description
Can’t make it to our office? No problem our new Skin Full Reset Plan brings expert skin guidance right to you, wherever you are. This 45–60 minute virtual consultation is designed to assess your skin concerns, refine your routine, and create a personalized digital plan tailored to your needs. What’s included: • 1:1 Zoom session (45–60 minutes) • Pre-consultation intake form and photo submission • Personalized digital skin plan sent after your call • 2-week follow-up check-in to track your progress Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your intake form and Zoom link. Simply fill out the form, upload your photos, and get ready to reset your skin from anywhere.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all spa appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service. If an appointment is scheduled without the required deposit, the same cancellation fees will still apply. By booking an appointment with AJ Serenity Bermuda Advanced Aesthetics & Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
