Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total service is required at the time of booking for all spa service appointments. Clients who wish to cancel an appointment must do so within 48hours of their scheduled appointment and will be able to reschedule their appointment for a later date/time. Please ensure you notify our team via info@ajserenity.net or call (441) 543- 0024 as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation penalty which is the loss of your initial deposit. If you booked a package please check your invoice for the rescheduling policy and protocols.
